What do you think successful leaders do that helps them be successful? If you read and listen to the gurus, you will discover things like the “4am club” (the idea that by getting up super early you will be more productive) and micro-dosing LSD (yes that is a thing!). I even read a few days ago about “dopamine fasting” where you deny yourself rewards that feel good, with the idea that you can retrain your brain to be more focussed and less susceptible to addictions and distractions.
Now I am not denying that all of those things may be useful. But let’s face it, we all have lives, families, and jobs that mean that super-person like routines are probably not going to work well for us. So, I went on the hunt for simple but highly effective habits that create successful leaders. You will be surprised at some of them!
This month I am doing something a little different, and giving you an e-book to download as well as the webinar.
